Judith Wooldridge
Senior Vice President; Director of Strategy and Development
Judith Wooldridge, senior vice president and director of strategy and development, oversees management of client relationships and the quality assurance process. She also oversees the communications department.
An expert in health services delivery for vulnerable populations, Wooldridge led the firm's health services research group for many years. She has managed major studies of health insurance coverage, including a congressionally mandated evaluation of the Children’s Health Insurance Program and a six-year evaluation of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Covering Kids & Families initiative. Her expertise includes health professional shortages, health care technology, and long-term care issues. She provides corporate oversight for evaluations of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Consumer Voices for Coverage and New Jersey Nursing Initiatives.
During her long tenure with Mathematica, Wooldridge has published in many peer-reviewed journals. She has also briefed Congress, made many presentations to both public and private agencies, and served several terms on Mathematica's board of directors.
