"Cash and Counseling: An Innovative Model for Consumer Choice Policies" will be the topic on Thursday, November 20, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Mathematica’s Washington, DC, office. Cash and counseling helps people with disabilities direct and manage their personal care services according to their individual needs.
