Dana Jean-Baptiste is a health researcher who specializes in evaluations of service delivery and payment reform and in technical assistance projects focused on leading and developing content for ACO learning systems.
Jean-Baptiste has substantive experience evaluating health care programs. She has conducted implementation evaluations of programs involving care coordination, shared decision making, and health information technology, where she focused on assessing innovative changes to models of health care delivery. Currently, she works on the Comprehensive Primary Care Plus evaluation, where she helps the payer and practice teams evaluate the implementation of the initiative. She also serves as the lead for an ACO learning system focused on patients with end-stage renal disease, which includes overseeing the learning system team, developing relevant and evidence-based content for learning system activities, and capturing and analyzing rapid-cycle feedback to enhance the system. In addition, she has extensive experience with qualitative data collection, including developing interview protocols, coding data, and identifying and analyzing findings from data.
Jean-Baptiste, who joined Mathematica in 2014, received a master’s of public health (with a concentration in health policy) from Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health.
