Developing Personalized Survivorship Care Pathways in the United States: Existing Resources and Remaining Challenges

This commentary examines how personalized survivorship care pathways can be developed and implemented in the United States. Existing infrastructure and resources will require rigorous methods of adaptation to preserve previously demonstrated levels of effectiveness when they are applied to personalized pathways.
