Mathematica’s approach to supporting agencies to implement FFPSA starts with collaboration and lays the groundwork to enable agencies to build evidence and refine program implementation in subsequent years. The primary goals are to position agencies to become eligible for FFPSA reimbursement for prevention services, to implement evidence-based services that are a good fit for the agency, and to reduce the use of congregate care and group homes in favor of placing children in family foster homes.
