Important milestones the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) reached during year two include finalizing the design of a national cross-site evaluation and creating data collection systems for grantees to provide implementation and outcome data to the evaluation. Grantees refined their partnerships, developed trauma-informed services, worked to obtain access to child welfare and substance use treatment data for local and cross-site evaluations, and began enrolling families into their programs and the cross-site evaluation. HHS prepared to fund a new cohort of Regional Partnership Grants.
