Engaging Dads in Family Programs

This video describes efforts to promote engagement with fathers or father-figures in parenting programs. It discusses positive findings from Coaching our Children: Heightening Essential Skills (COACH), an intervention involving dads and their children in sports little-leagues that teaches parenting strategies and skills. It also describes broader policy approaches for consideration, beyond a father’s financial support of their children.
