Mathematica has named Chris Trenholm executive vice president and chief business officer. In his new role, Trenholm will oversee the company’s domestic and global work, leading a multidisciplinary team serving clients in the public, private, and philanthropic sectors through research, advisory, and data solutions services. Trenholm will start in his new role on October 1, 2024.

In his new role, Trenholm will lead a team that brings together Mathematica’s health, human services, and global development expertise. He will oversee implementation of a strategy that taps Mathematica’s extensive subject matter knowledge, data capabilities, and technological innovations to deliver effective, multidisciplinary solutions to clients. Since 2016, Trenholm has served as senior vice president and general manager of Mathematica’s Health business unit, growing the organization’s health policy assessment, program improvement, and technology solutions and insights practices.
