The SourceAmerica Pathways to Career (Pathways) program is a customized employment service approach designed to help people with intellectual or developmental disabilities and people with autism spectrum disorder obtain competitive integrated employment aligned with their skills, interests, strengths, and abilities. This research brief describes early lessons learned from scaling up the program from the initial pilot site to three expansion sites that launched in 2015. Specifically, the brief highlights the sites’ experiences related to replicating, implementing, and sustaining the Pathways model since service delivery started.
