This brief describes how 28 Local Workforce Investment Boards (LWIBs) collaborated regionally with other LWIBs. It highlights the key goals of these collaborations and provides a detailed description of a particularly comprehensive LWIB partnership that can serve as a model for boards that are currently pursuing collaboration. It is of 11 special topic briefs based on findings from the Workforce Investment Act Gold Standard Evaluation implementation study.
