This brief describes the network of American Job Centers (AJCs) in the 28 areas examined as part of the Workforce Investment Act Gold Standard Evaluation. It describes how Local Workforce Investment Boards (LWIBs) organized their AJCs into service-delivery networks and designated operators for their AJCs. It also discusses network changes that occurred during the study, largely as a result of reduced program funding.
