The REYAAS project identified coaching programs as a promising strategy to support the employment of young adults on the autism spectrum. LifeMAP is a one-to-one coaching program that helps people on the autism spectrum identify and work toward goals.
This case study describes the LifeMAP model including services provided, typical clients, and funding sources; lessons learned from launching and expanding the program; and research on employment outcomes.
