Tracking Study Sample Members: Guidance for RPG Evaluations

The Children's Bureau within the Administration for Children and Families at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services funded this brief for groups that receive a Regional Partnership Grant or for other agencies that want to evaluate their programs. The brief covers strategies for tracking members of a study sample throughout enrollment and data collection. The brief is written with child welfare programs in mind, but it could apply to other program areas as well.
