Guru Rasukonda specializes in product development and implementation focusing on converting new ideas into workable products, aiming to innovate while delivering value. He thoroughly understands product and project management tools and techniques, including development methodologies. Rasukonda is an information technology portfolio manager in the Health Analytic Systems and Technology Division at Mathematica.
At Mathematica, Rasukonda directs and manages projects in a range of domains, such as health care price transparency, Medicaid community-based long-term services and supports (LTSS), and substance abuse and mental health. He has managed numerous large-scale projects using cross-functional technical teams. He develops, implements, and manages systems and product solutions using standard and cloud technologies for a variety of clients.
Before joining Mathematica in 2019, Rasukonda held various positions working on state Medicaid enterprises with CNSI. He also worked with iSOFT (merged with Computer Sciences Corporation, and then DXC Technology) and Mascon Global. He has an M.S. in information systems and is a certified Project Management Professional.
