Eduardo Rey’s work encompasses health care delivery reform, use of health information technology, and project management. He has experience in facilitating learning systems, technical assistance, quality and process improvement, and qualitative methods.

Since joining Mathematica in 2021, he serves as the deputy task lead for Benefit Enhancements technical assistance on the Value-Based Care Learning System contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ Innovation Center. In addition, he supports qualitative data collection under the 50-State Assessment of the Policies and Practices of Data Exchanges for Public Health Policies and Capabilities project.

Prior to joining Mathematica, he has worked on various research projects in areas such as schizophrenia, youth mentoring, and accessibility of mental health services. He holds an M.P.H. in community health sciences from the University of Illinois-Chicago School of Public Health.
