Caitlin O'Keeffe works on health care delivery reform projects, focusing on learning systems and providing technical assistance.

O'Keeffe currently leads the development of peer-to-peer learning activities and resources for Medicare Shared Savings Program Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), aimed to help ACOs identify innovative care delivery approaches to improve patient experience and care quality. In addition, she manages a team to support the Center for Medicaid and CHIP Services in compliance reviews and analysis of the quality and evaluation features associated with state directed payment arrangement proposals, which are designed to support states in furthering the goals and priorities of their Medicaid programs.

Before joining Mathematica, O’Keeffe held a position at Yelp, Inc. She graduated from Wesleyan University with a B.A. from the College of Social Studies.
