Courtney Powers is a senior strategy manager who focuses on market research and strategic planning across the company. Since joining Mathematica in 2013, she has held progressively responsible roles related to strategy and business development. She currently develops analyses and strategies for market research and outreach, addressable market opportunities, benchmarking, and competitive intelligence. She also advises Mathematica’s account owners on the policy and partnering landscape, as well as outreach and market research strategies. She develops and analyzes Mathematica’s financial and operational key performance indicators, and delivers presentations and specialized analyses on them to corporate leaders.
Previously, she supported consumer analytics for Estee Lauder, and provided policy support for the Children’s Defense Fund and the U.S. Senate. She is a graduate of Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, where she completed her master’s in business administration with honors. She also holds a bachelor of arts degree in public policy analysis from Pomona College.
