Jalyn Ingalls

Senior Researcher

Jalyn Ingalls’s work focuses on health system and program improvement through program and system evaluation and assessments. She currently supports Mathematica’s efforts to provide evidence-based research and assessments to inform tailored recommendations for state health care systems.

Ingalls has led or contributed to a variety of qualitative and quantitative research, stakeholder engagement, program evaluation, and technical assistance support. She currently supports the Iowa Department of Human Services to evaluate their community-based services for people with disabilities, behavioral health, and aging needs.

Before joining Mathematica, Ingalls worked in state public health and health policy in Michigan and Colorado. She holds a M.A. in health and risk communications from Michigan State University.
