This resource assists community coalitions with strategic planning. It offers guidance and examples to help coalitions develop a vision, mission, and goals. It also describes how to create specific, measurable, relevant, achievable, and time-bound objectives that incorporate community perspectives and promote fair access to resources. In addition, it includes an action-planning template and examples to help coalitions translate goals and objectives into concrete and measurable steps.
