Amy Newman’s current work focuses on predictive analytics in health care data. She brings nearly a decade of experience in technology-focused work including user design and marketing for web applications, leading a consulting team, and data engineering and analytics.

At Mathematica, Newman has led data engineering efforts for the Upper Payment Limits Project and Medicaid Access Project-Public Comment Review and is currently delivering insights for text analytics on the Health Care Price Transparency Project.

Newman holds a B.S. in zoology and environmental science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.S. in data science from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor.
