This resource describes how the Nutrition and Fitness Collaborative of the Central Coast (NFCCC), a coalition led by the Monterey County Health Department that promotes healthy eating and active living, collects and uses data to sustain support and funding. NFCCC produces a two-page data brief annually to highlight key accomplishments. Coalition members use data from the brief to support grant proposals, reach new audiences, and encourage continued support from local officials and county leaders.
