Ashley Bultman focuses on projects in state health including serving as a project manager and analyst on work related to home and community-based services, disability, and alternative payment models.
Since joining Mathematica in 2022, Ashley has worked on a range of projects supporting state health policy. Currently, she is a project manager for work in Vermont, Florida, Massachusetts, and Iowa. Ashley also provides analyst support on these projects, including logistics for stakeholder workgroups and qualitative research.
Prior to joining Mathematica, Ashley worked as a budget analyst for the State of Rhode Island, where she helped develop the governor’s recommended budget for various health and human services agencies including the Department of Health and the Department of Behavioral Healthcare and Developmental Disabilities. She received her Master of public policy from the University of Virginia.
