Cassidy Kantoris

Cassidy Kantoris is a health policy researcher focused on long-term care, home and community-based services, and Medicaid program improvement.

Since joining Mathematica in 2021, Kantoris has worked on a range of topics on both federal and state projects, such as the Money Follows the Person (MFP) program, home and community-based services (HCBS) for children, and HCBS quality assurance and program improvement. She has experience leading technical assistance activities; collecting and analyzing qualitative data through interviews, focus groups, and surveys; and synthesizing quantitative data, policy, and literature to inform key decision-makers.

Before joining Mathematica, Kantoris participated in Georgia’s state evaluation of the MFP and No Wrong Door grants. She also supported legal epidemiology studies and communication efforts for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Public Health Law Program. She holds an M.A. in economics from Georgia State University.
