Cyrus Jadun specializes in managing large, complex technical assistance programs. His expertise includes project and operations management; technical assistance; and Medicaid managed care, policy, and administrative data.
Jadun currently manages the 1115 Demonstration Support Contract for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The contract supports CMS by providing recommendations on how state-led evaluation products required for 1115 demonstrations can be strengthened; Jadun’s work on the contract also provides technical assistance to CMS and states focused on implementing, monitoring, and evaluating several different 1115 demonstration types. In addition, he is the product manager for the COVID-19 workforce-planning dashboard developed by Mathematica, leading development of the initial prototype and working with clients to implement the dashboard into their workforce-monitoring processes. Previously, he led the data production of Alpha-MAX (Medicaid Analytic eXtract) and the annual data collection and reporting effort for the CMS Medicaid managed care enrollment report.
Jadun joined Mathematica in 2015. He holds a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Michigan’s Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy and is a certified Project Management Professional.
