Evaluation of the Roma Parenting Support Projects in Serbia

The Open Society Foundations’ Roma Early Childhood Development and Education Initiative in Serbia under their Early Childhood Program advocates for inclusion of all Roma children in quality early childhood services and provision. The initiative’s pilot collected evidence on early development and parent-support programs for Roma communities in Serbia to improve children’s lives. Mathematica’s role on the project included reviewing background documents, providing critical feedback on the evaluation design, supporting identification of the research methods, and guiding how to address challenges to implementing the evaluation.
