This report presents findings on the experiences of employment service providers for the Ticket to Work Program, a program intended to increase Social Security beneficiaries’ access to and choice of quality rehabilitation and employment services. The Social Security Administration structured the revised regulations to address important challenges in the original program and successfully educated providers about the revised regulations and instituted related support systems. The revised regulations modestly expanded the number of providers and participating providers are, on average, more active in the program than under the original regulations.
