Erin Boyle has experience designing survey instruments, managing and overseeing survey data collection, conducting focus groups and interviews, and leading trainings.

Since joining Mathematica in 2014, Boyle has worked on a variety of projects spanning early childhood, education, sexual and reproductive health, and teen pregnancy prevention. She currently is the survey director for the Nationwide Study under the Sexual Risk Avoidance Education National Evaluation for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, overseeing data collection on a variety of surveys and youth focus groups. She is also the deputy survey director for the Descriptive Study of Title X Grantees, overseeing collection of data from a grantee survey. She was previously the deputy survey director for the Evaluation Services for KIPP School Leadership Program, where she oversaw data collection and contributed to analysis of the findings. She has conducted and set the gold standard for multiple classroom observation for the Evaluation of Preschool Special Education Practices. She has also conducted implementation interviews and cognitive interviews for the Assessing the Cost and Implementation of High-Quality Early Care and Education project.

Boyle holds an M.S. in family and human development from Arizona State University.
