She is skilled at using project and operations management best practices to set the foundation for high quality project delivery. Bodenlos has worked with human service programs to improve their operations and service delivery. She uses the Learn, Innovate, Improve (LI2) framework, human-centered design techniques, and project management and business process management best practices to meet clients’ goals.

She currently serves as Director of Operations for the Food and Nutrition Service (FNS)’s WIC Modernization Evaluation, which will design and implement an evaluation of the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) and WIC Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) outreach, innovation, and modernization projects.

Bodenlos, who joined Mathematica in 2012, holds an M.P.P.A from Northwestern University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She presented on business process management work at the National Association for Welfare Research and Statistics in 2019 and 2023.
