Neni Osuoha’s experience focuses on population health as it relates to Medicare. Her expertise includes technical assistance, project management, and human-centered design.

Osuoha worked as a content lead for the Learning Systems for Accountable Care Organizations (LSACO) project, with tasks that involved performing a COVID-19 environmental scan of ACO responses, overseeing the content and organization of webinars, writing case studies, and leading transplant coaching calls with ACOs. She serves as the outreach and support task lead on the Quality Measures Management and Support project, which involves overseeing the facilitation of large-scale meetings, communicating with external and internal stakeholders, and managing external websites to house and share information.

Before joining Mathematica in 2019, Osuoha held positions with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the State of Georgia, performing policy analysis and research. She holds an M.P.H. in health policy and management from Emory University.
