About Terica

Terica Adams is learning professional dedicated to advancing the potential of all people. Her career has focused on meaningful employee growth by creating a workplace where staff feel a sense of belonging, are engaged in their work, and consistently focused on skill development. Since joining Mathematica in 2020, she has focused both on learning and development programs along with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Adams has led efforts to redesign the employee onboarding experience using a human-centered approach and has been responsible for implementing LinkedIn Learning across the organization. She serves as the co-chair of the Employee Experience Council, a group that supports the improvement of the Mathematica employee experience and the quality of Mathematica products by bringing a DEI lens to internal procedures, daily interactions, and Mathematica’s public face. Additionally, she has been leading the implementation of Mathematica’s cultural fundamentals and the development of Mathematica’s DEI learning and development strategy.

Adams received her B.A. from Colgate University and is an Associate Professional in Talent Development.
