Isabel Callaway, an advisory services analyst in Mathematica’s Human Services Division, specializes in strategic advising, program evaluation, and research dissemination. Her work focuses on K–12 education and school systems, with an emphasis on access and equity issues.

Prior to Mathematica, Callaway worked for various education organizations within Seattle and the Puget Sound Region including AmeriCorps, the Puget Sound Educational Service District, and the City of Seattle’s Department of Education and Early Learning. She is passionate about improving outcomes and the school experience for students, particularly those furthest from educational justice.

Callaway holds a B.A. in English from Duke University and a M.Ed. from the University of Washington.
